Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

* The item must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging
* You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

* A brief reason for the return

📩 Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you:

* The most appropriate return address based on your region
* Step-by-step return instructions

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or product:

* Begin a return for the original item
* Place a new order for the correct item

In some cases, we offer free exchanges — contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Order Cancellations

Due to our fast processing system:

* Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order
* After that, orders are already being processed and cannot be canceled

If you notice any mistake (wrong size or address), contact us immediately — we may still be able to update it before shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

* Sale items
* Gift cards
* Personal care items
* Custom or personalized items
* Hazardous materials

EU Customers – 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be:

* unused
* in original condition
* with packaging and proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

* Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
